An early morning drive up north to the fishing village of Marang to catch the boat for the Kapas Island. The name "Kapas", meaning cotton, is given to this island because of the softness of the sand on the beach. Sun bathing, trekking into the jungle to discover the flora and fauna and snorkeling are some of the things that one could do in Kapas Island. Corals are abundant and the water is clear enough to see the colors of the tropical fishes from the surface.
