At 0830 hours in the morning, depart from city hotel. It will take 1.5 hours drive to Tamparuli. At 1030 hours, arrive at ending point and stop for light refreshment and participants can change clothes. After that, continue up to the starting point at Pukak or Sukang. The guides will allocate all rafting equipment ie. helmets, PFD, paddles, raft, while participants can apply sun block lotion and take pictures or walk on suspension bridge.

At 1115 hours, the river guide will give a briefing before getting in the river. After the briefing, start rafting down for about 2 hours to ending point (Kiulu Town) covering 7-8 km. After changing clothes and we will have BBQ lunch by the riverside. At 1400 hours, return on 1.5 hours journey back to Kota Kinabalu.

Suggested Things to bring: Sun Block lotion, personal toiletries, sandals & extra clothing.
