Day 1 - Kota Kinabalu / Kinabalu National Park / Laban Rata
Early morning pick up from City hotel & depart for Kinabalu Park. The drive will take about 2 hours through the Crocker Range. Upon arrival at Kinabalu Park, register at Park headquarter. Then, together with Mt. Guide, transfer to the starting point to Mt Kinabalu, Timpohon Gate. Start trekking up the mountain. The box lunch can be consumed along the way as the trekking will take about 6-7 hours. Upon reaching 3,250m, check into mountain resthouse - Pendant Hut. Meet your Mt Torq trainer who will do a familiarization programme on Via Ferrata. Dinner at the resthouse restaurant. Overnight at Laban Rata.

Day 2 - Laban Rata / Kinabalu Park
Before the sunrise, wake up at about 0130 hours in the morning, take breakfast & start trekking up to the summit , the Low's Peak at 4,095m. The trekking will take about 3-4 hours. At 0600 hours, you will witness the glorious sunrise over the majestic Mt Kinabalu. Descend to Laban Rata. Meet the trainer at Sayat Hut @ 3,600m for Walk the Torq - Asia's first Via Ferrata.Later, breakfast at the resthouse restaurant. Check out and start trekking down to the Timpohon Gate. Transfer back to Park headquarter to collect Certificate of Achievement. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, depart back to Kota Kinabalu.

Suggested Things To Bring: Warm clothing, long pants, personal toiletries, trekking shoes, raincoat, torch, plastic bag (for keeping garbage / keeping dry clothes), hand gloves, chocolates & insect repellent.
