DAY TRIP CHARTER

Notes:

• A bookings / amendments are to be made in writing and subject to availibility of the vehicle
• Full-day charter rates applicable from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs .
• Any last minute CANCELLATION (less than 24 Hrs) will be charge 50% of the total charter rates.
• Rates quoted NOT Applicable during Chinese New Year or any other festive seasons and subject to change
• Overnight usage, food & lodging of our company driver will be borne by the hirer. The vehicle is EXPECTED to be return to Kota Kinabalu by 16:00 hrs on the following day. Failing to do so, hourly charter rates will be impose.
• Mode of Payment ; 50% for booking deposit and 100% upon confirmation before commencing date .
• Registered Tour Guide must be provided by the hirer during the duration of each charter under MOCAT Act.
• The above prices quoted is non-commissionable.
• We reserve the right to revise the rates immediately, in the event of further escalating of diesel fuel price as by the local Government from time to time.

Terms & Conditions

1. The above prices are nett and subjected to change without prior notice.
2. SELF-DRIVE: Rates quoted cover a 24hrs rental including maintenance charges. The minimum rental charge is the day and excess hour is calculated at RM40.00 per-hour.
3. CHAUFFEUR-DRIVE: Chauffeur services are available based on daily hours of 0800-1600. Food and lodging of the chauffeur will be borne by the rental. Chauffeur driven rates include petrol, insurance and all maintenance charges, parking fee and chauffeur services.
4. CASH PAYMENT: All rentals are to be prepaid plus a deposit as required.
5. EXTENSION OF RENTAL: The rental charges shall continue until the vehicle is returned to our station or informed by telephone for collection of vehicle.
6. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION: RM20.00 charges within 4km radius or for collection & delivery charges. For rentals outside this area a delivery or recollection fee RM4.00 per kilometre may be charged.
7. PARKING FEE AND TRAFFIC FINES: These are responsibilities of the rental.
8. INSURANCE: Vehicle comprehensive all risk cover. However, an excess of RM2,500 does apply for any accident. Personal accident insurance cover may be arranged at the requested of the renter to give the renter and his passengers a personal accident insurance.
9. Payment by credit card (Master or Visa) is subjected to 3% surcharge.
