Itinerary

Day 1

Meet and greet services at KKIA and proceed for Complimentary Brief Kinabalu City Tour (Pass by State Mosque, stopover at Poh Toh Tse Temple, pass by Tun Mustapha Tower & City Mosque). Then, check in at Kinabalu Daya Hotel. Free at own leisure. Overnight at the hotel.


Day 2 (Breakfast / Dinner)

Breakfast at the hotel. 1400hrs proceed to Klias River Cruise and the journey takes approximately 2 hours drive to the Southern part of Kota Kinabalu. Upon arrival, light refreshment (local tea / coffee served with local cakes) is served in the typical village house. With the bizarre-looking proboscis monkeys gaining as much popularity with the tourists as the Orang Utan, the Klias Wetland with its large proboscis population is fast becoming the latest ecotourism destination in Sabah. These tree-dwelling animals normally hunt for food in the evenings so many boat cruises depart the Kota Klias jetty at around 1600hrs. Other riverside residents that may be spotted are macaques, crocodiles, monitor lizards, tree snakes and birds such as the eagle. Back on the jetty enjoy a natural light show when thousands of fireflies put on a glowing performance for your benefit. A sumptuous kampong styled dinner is served. After dinner, return to Kota Kinabalu and overnight. 


Day 3 (Breakfast / Lunch)

Breakfast at the hotel.
0730 Proceed to Abai Jetty for Mantanani Island for approximately 2-hours journey.
0930 Depart from River Jetty
1100 Daily Scheduled snorkel Session
1230 Lunch
1400 Daily Scheduled Dive/Snorkel Session
1530 Depart Island and transfer back to Kota Kinabalu.


Day 4 (Breakfast)

Breakfast at the hotel. 1200hrs check out. Depart to KKI Airport for flight home.
