Hiking Tour to Mount Wakid, Tambunan



Itinerary

Day 1 (Packed Breakfast ,Lunch , BBQ Dinner)
-0630hrs meeting at Kota Kinabalu City Centre and depart for Tambunan.
-0800hrs to 0830hrs meet and greet at Kg Sunsuron.
-Simple breakfast will be served at room.
-0900hrs start walking to starting point about 1.2km
-0940hrs trek to Wakid campsite > Muruk Hill > Head Trail-to head trail
-700m up to resting point
-200m to peak summit of Mount Wakid 1372m
-400m to cross peak
-Estimate arrival time at peak 1200hrs to 1230hrs.
-Descending
-River bathing
-1530hrs estimate time reach to homestay.
-Lunch serve at room
-Free at own leisure and resting.
-BBQ Dinner (local Style)
 
Day 2 (Breakfast)
-Simple breakfast served at room and check out.
-Then proceed for Heritage Kampung tour
* Bamboo house
* Watu Tinuridong (War Memorial Stone)
* Guritom (the story of head hunter)
-Return back to Kota Kinabalu.
